Refund policy

At L38, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.

Return period:
30 days after receiving your order.

Return costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount. These costs are €7.95.

Condition of the product:
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all labels attached.

Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

How to request a return

You can request a return through our self-service returns system.

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a return label by email. You can then ship your package via your nearest drop-off point.

Exchanges

Yes, exchanges are possible. When submitting your return request, select “Other” as the reason and specify which item you would like to receive in exchange. Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will send the replacement item to you free of charge.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at info@l38.nl. After we receive and inspect the reported item, we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that damage reported after this period may not be eligible for compensation, as it may no longer be clear whether the issue occurred during delivery.
