Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment is received.

2. Shipping Costs

The Netherlands: Shipping costs are €4.95 per order. Free shipping on orders over €75.
Belgium: Shipping costs are €7.95 per order. Free shipping on orders over €130.
Germany: Shipping costs are €8.95 per order. Free shipping on orders over €130.
EU: Shipping costs are €10,95 per order. Free shipping on orders over €130.

3. Delivery Times

Within the Netherlands: Estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days after dispatch.
To Belgium: Estimated delivery time of 3–4 business days after dispatch.
To Germany: Estimated delivery time of 3–4 business days after dispatch.
EU: Estimated delivery time of 3-5 bussines days after dispatch.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

L38 is not responsible for shipments that are lost or damaged during transit. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
